VALMONT

11-18 Ottobre, Milano

Valmont

Valmont

Recognition, mercy, gratitude: this is the meaning of the word Tintswalo, in the Xitsonga language, and this is the heart of the work of Didier Guillon, president and artist of the luxury cosmetics giant Valmont, in Italy in partnership with Rinascente, as well as an artist himself .
This recognition is the basis of the homonymous exhibition at the Casa degli Artisti in Milan, in the heart of Brera, where the space is filled with twenty joyfully colored and always different works, with only one protagonist: Ivo, the gorilla of the Berlin zoo.
Some examples recall the lessons of the masters of the past – from Andy Warhol to Alexander Calder – others interpret the sustainable materials and colors that characterize the beauty products of the Valmont house, first of all the Elixir des Glaciers, now in its twentieth anniversary.
